Bascon was founded as an independent A/S in 1980 and today we are 120 employees at our offices in Aarhus and Copenhagen.
At Bascon we have specialised in managing and implementing complex planning and construction processes.
We are focused on the complex tasks that our customers are facing, when they are about to realise their projects. We think strategically and holistically and make a virtue of asking the critical questions, until the project has reached its final stage. We act as the client’s right hand throughout all project phases, both when new concepts are to be developed and implemented – and also when new concepts emerge.
We are determined about the things we do, and we lead in developing our role as the client’s consultant. We are aware that there is not only one solution, but a variety of options. Therefore, we consider it our duty to listen, analyse and create the overall view, set priorities and detect the essentials in the project in order to secure that our customers are led safely to their goal.
Our projects are formed in interdisciplinary teams. Teams that possess an overall view and can see through the complexity of the projects. We are engineers, architects, landscape architects, urban designers, as well as communicators. The span of specialist competences guarantees the client that the project is considered as a whole, both financially, technically, and legally, as well as aesthetically, organisationally, and socially.
